Windows Vista has a pretty bad reputation. And It is desered. One time I was really bored. I thinked: I can go outside and have wonderful time or. I can be frustated installing this peace of garbige OS for hours. You know what I choosed :D . First I had already installed Windows & on my computer with DVD drive. (You intended to use discs). It took 2 HOURS to install that damn thing. Please Note that I am very new to web coding.
